LAMTEC Newsletter Move 2020

After 25 years based at the same location, LAMTEC will move to a brand-new purpose-built premises at the end of 2020. Following a construction phase of about one year the new building will be ready for occupation at the end of November.
 
A relocation of this magnitude involves a lot of planning and organisational logistics. Therefore, we have scheduled a break in production for all products except flame monitoring systems.   ­

from December 11, 2020 until January 06, 2021 ­

The last day for deliveries will be Thursday 10th December 2020.

Please note the following delievery times for commercial quantities:

Burner Management Systems

2 - 4 weeks

Measurement Systems (Analysers, Probes etc)

4 weeks

Probes for Hazardous Areas (Ex Zones 1 & 2)

4 weeks

Spare Parts for Probes

2 weeks

Ignition Systems

6 weeks

Actuators

6 - 8 weeks

Measurement Flow Grids

10 - 12 weeks

Valves

6 weeks

Flame Monitoring Systems

3 weeks


We will guarantee delivery in 2020 for all commercial quantity orders received by Friday 13th November 2020 from the following product groups:

  • Burner Management Systems
  • Measurement Systems
  • Probes for Ex-Area
  • Spare Parts for Probes
  • Ignition Systems, except for Hazardous Area Ex Zones 1 & 2
  • Flame Monitoring Systems

For orders received after Friday 13th November deliveries will be from January 2021 onwards.    ­   

Orders for flame monitoring systems and accessories can be made individually through our Leipzig production facility. These deliveries will be restricted to European Union countries and for small quantities only.
 
If you require any of the following products:
 

  • Measurement Flow Grids
  • Valves
  • Actuators
  • Ignition Systems for Hazardous Area Ex Zones 1 & 2

 
we cannot guarantee delivery in 2020 as we rely on the delivery times of our suppliers. Please check your requirements as soon as possible after receiving this letter and, if necessary, place any orders as soon as possible. Planned delivery dates for equipment will be confirmed via order acknowledgements.
